However, who’s to say that you can’t have dim sum at any time of day?Dig into xiao long paus, siew mais, har gaos, char siew paus, and the like. A definite highlight is the fried mee suah kueh. If you would like, you can even stock your fridge with their frozen dim sum – and defrost them whenever you wish.
