The Sitting Volleyball is a team sport that features constant movement and communication between players. Two teams of six players are separated by a net and try to score points by dropping the ball into the opponent’s court. The game is basically the same as volleyball in general, only there are some adjustments. The net height is lower and the field dimensions are smaller. This match is played in a best-of-five set format and the first to reach 25 points (better) wins the set.
