We delve into the fascinating origins and diversity of cuisines across our culinary landscape, celebrating subtle nuances as well as overlaps between cultures in exploration of our rich identity.
We warmly welcome Kotuwa, whose team joins us at The Heritage Table for two special evenings on 22 & 23 October. A highly anticipated new venture by Chef Rishi Naleendra, Kotuwa is an exploration of Sri Lankan heritage and cuisine centred around togetherness and communality. Chef Rishi and Chef Damian D’Silva present an exciting menu that takes guests on an inspiring journey through robust flavours from Sri Lanka to Singapore, showcasing the myriad of influences that have left their mark on our culinary heritage.
