Looking to scratch that travel itch? You may be able to do so soon as Singapore and Hong Kong finalises the details of the travel bubble! Flights between the two countries might resume as early as end-November. Under the travel bubble, leisure travelers will be able to travel between Hong Kong and Singapore without the need for quarantine, stay-home-notices, or controlled itineraries.
