Tokyo will be hosting their first event at a Tokyo Olympics venue since the pandemic struck nearly a year ago. The international gymnastics meet featuring athletes from four countries and 2,000 spectators will be the first test for Japan in its ability to carry out an international sporting event safely before the Olympic Games in 2021.
