Food adventure in the skies

Experience sky dining unlike any other — the Singapore Cable Car, an icon of our skyline, debuts a series of menus inspired by international locations. For a delectable four-course meal for two at the price of $328++, guests can go on a culinary trail through foods from different parts of the world. Additionally, couples can bask in a private cocoon of romance with panoramic views of surrounding Faber Peak from their own cable car.

A taste of Italy

The first on its list is *chef’s kiss* Italian food. The bellissimo getaway begins with class with a bubbly glass of Italian Prosecco, a light appetiser of pan seared Sicilian Marzamemi Tuna, and the Friuli Venezia Giulia Jota, or roast pork in sauerkraut and bean stew, a dish that hails from the border region of Italy and Austria.

Main courses are a choice between meat or seafood: the Osso Buco Alla Milanese (braised veal shank served with root vegetables and risotto alla Milanese seasoned with saffron) for meat lovers; or the Cod Medallion Alla Puglia (pan-seared cod fillet over spinach and ricotta ravioli, paired with roasted tomatoes and scallion compote) or the Amalfi Coast Astice Alla Griglia (grilled lobster with Tuscany white wine, decorated with fennel and capsicum pepperoncini) for fans of seafood. Main courses are paired with suggested wines that best complement the dishes.

Finish off the sensational meal with a traditional dessert of Tiramisu Alla Veneto and a coffee Café Cagliari Alla Modena.

The experience is made complete with service staff dressed in Italian-inspired costumes and each cabin decked out with themed decals and in-cabin photo props to create lasting memories and savour them.

A special way to ring in the New Year

To take it a step further, an extraordinary evening is possible with two cabin experiences to say goodbye to 2020 with a bang.

Available for one night only on New Year’s Eve, guests can choose between New Year’s Eve Stardust Cabin or Festive Sky Dining NYE Celebration Cabin to close off an old chapter and get ready to ring
in a better, brighter year.

A romantic evening for couples

Suitable for couples, the New Year’s Eve Stardust Cabin offers a four-course fine dining selection set above the lush greenery of Mount Faber, with breathtaking views of sunset against Sentosa and Harbourfront. Going at an early bird price of $348++ for two pax, couples can toast to your the new year ahead with a welcome sparkling cocktail and dig into
appetisers of Chilled Capellini Pasta, Trout Caviar, Baby Abalone, followed by warm, creamy soup, Veloute of Cauliflower, Porcini, Truffle Infused Cream.

The main dish is a choice between Tajima Wagyu Beef, or Char-grilled Whole Lobster paired with a classic Bordeaux or white wine, while dessert is the sweet indulgence of Ivory Passion & Raspberry Dome, a delicate sponge topped with fresh, ripe raspberries encased in a mild white chocolate dome.

A festive night for friends

Prefer to spend the last few moments of the year with friends instead? The Festive Sky Dining NYE Celebration Cabin serves an appetising package that includes a bottle of Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Grape Juice, eight bottles of Heineken Zero, Petit Chicken Cutlet, and a Mixed Nuts & Nacho Chips Platter — perfect to kick-off a celebration with your buddies. With an early bird price of $298++ for 4 pax, this package is
available between 11pm to 2am on 31 December 2020 and promises to be a night guests will remember.

Dining with a peace of mind

To facilitate a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests, One Faber Group has implemented a series of enhanced hygiene and safety protocols at the Singapore Cable Car, a SG Clean certified attraction. These include
the provision of hand sanitisers at the cable car station, disposable mask bags for guests to store their masks in while dining, and masks, gloves and face shields/hair nets for service staff and kitchen crew.
