The COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act has been amended once again to allow more flexibility and power for small and micro businesses to renegotiate their contractual terms against the current business climate. Under the new Re-Align Framework, some businesses will be able to end their commercial contracts early without incurring a penalty. For more details, do refer to the Ministry of Law’s website.
